Chat

  • Use Request contact – to add a new contact securely
  • The favicon indicates received texts
  • Watch the online presence of a user or group
  • Group - create, name, and edit membership
  • Double CR for auto-indexing
  • Surround text in 2 -4 exclamation marks. for coloring
  • Set ACK – for progress monitoring
  • The receiver can toggle the Ack icon to indicate 1/3, 2/3, or completed status.
  • The text you enter appears in dark blue and turns faded blue when read.
  • Dark yellow indicates unread text, turns faded yellow when read
  • Select the edit icon to edit or reply to the current text
  • Edit and reply updates the original copy, avoiding multiple copies
  • Click on the received text for manual read marking
  • Watch the unread text count, bring it up, review, and reset
  • Starred - Mark your favs
  • Search by string or by the starred icon

Chat (audio, video)

  • Use the call button to initiate a single or group call
  • Selecting the no video will make the call audio-only
  • Select the preview to watch your own video
  • To select a participant to view/listen to in a group call,
  • - click on the participant image, watch the single video

Reminder settings

  • Recurring - repeat on hour, day, week, or month
  • Daylong, if no time specified – starts at midnight
  • Timed – starts at the hour
  • Reminder duration – set meeting duration
  • Free-format reminder settings (via voice as well)
  • Conflict resolution of meetings by setting the duration
  • View reminders – today, tomorrow, next 2 days
  • Save the reminders - for viewing completed tasks

Notes

  • Create, Edit, Attach, and Search

Scratchpad

  • Jot down short-term items to remember on a single page
  • Slide with a single finger from left to right when logged in to bring up
  • Use the eraser to clear

Focus Groups

  • Select the focus group, participate, comment, and rate

Inspiration

  • Read inspirational deeds or submit your own
  • View your deed grading progress
  • View your deeds and ratings
  • Grade – deeds submitted by others

Comment Submission
